Copyright

All artwork shown on this site is the original work of Michelle Bobrel and is © Michelle Bobrel. All rights reserved. Copyright is automatic under the Berne Convention; the absence of a copyright symbol on any specific image does not imply the artist has waived rights to that image.

Permitted use

You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share links to specific pages or images. You may quote brief excerpts of written content for editorial or critical purposes with attribution to Spragg Art.

Prohibited use

Without prior written permission you may NOT: reproduce any artwork in whole or in part for any commercial purpose; resell or redistribute any image or written content; use any image or written content as input to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise build a generative artificial-intelligence model or machine-learning dataset; scrape the site for bulk content extraction; remove or obscure any copyright, watermark, or attribution; create derivative works.

These prohibitions are asserted under EU Directive 2019/790 Article 4 (text and data mining rights reservation), the Canadian Copyright Act, and applicable international treaties. The site's robots.txt also publishes a machine-readable Content-Signal opt-out (search=yes, ai-train=no) and disallows known AI training crawlers. The technical signal and these terms are intended to be read together.
